Summer Camps and....
Please note...
According to NY State Law, each camper must be accompanied by a
copy of his/her updated medical form.  Current school medical forms are
acceptable.
Please do not send originals.

Attention groups:
You should have at least one chaperone per every ten campers with a
minimum of one chaperone for every boy and girl group.

Concerning payment:
Please send one check from the church for the entire group.
Also, please bring one check from your for the balance.
